Flexible Drone Rental

All rental items are available to hire for a week. Need it longer? Extend the period of your rental across multiple weekly blocks, depending on availability.

Drone rental packages come with a selection of accessories to help you operate effectively. For certain drone combos, you can bolt-on additional accessories.

heliguy™ rental is not confined to drones. Hire items such as payloads, controllers, and GNSS receivers individually.

Online rentals must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. If you require equipment sooner, give us a call.

Required Documents

To rent from heliguy™, you require:

Insurance, covering you for non-owned equipment.
Valid Flyer ID and Operator ID, for drone rentals.
Proof of ID.

Deposit

A £99 deposit is required at the time of booking.

This will be refunded following safe return of the equipment and once our in-house technicians have completed the necessary checks.

If any of the equipment is lost or damaged, we reserve the right to subtract the necessary amount from your deposit. The cost of excess for damaged equipment is also dependent on your insurance policy.

Pilots who rent drones from heliguy™ should remove any captured data from the aircraft before its return.

Payment Methods

Rental pricing covers the cost of the rental equipment, and the deposit. There will also be a small fee for delivery and collection - arranged by heliguy™. Click here for more details on delivery and collection.

A separate fee applies for insurance.

We offer secure online payments, giving you peace of mind when booking your rental.

Credit and debit cards, including American Express, are accepted, or use mobile payment services, such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, and Union Pay.

We do not offer staggered or delayed payment through the likes of Klarna for drone rentals.
