Tell us where, we’ll get it there

We want your drone hire to be as convenient as possible. That’s why we take care of delivery and collection.

Simply tell us where we need to go, and our logistics team will do the rest.

Select your shipping address at checkout and your rental will be delivered to you, by us, via DPD courier. The package must be signed for on arrival.

Proof of your shipping address must be provided to us before your rental is sent out. More details, here.

A small fee for delivery and collection will be calculated at checkout.

heliguy™ cannot ship rental packages outside of the UK, or to shared accommodation or accommodation with shared entrances. If this applies to you, contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.

Stress-free Returns

We issue DPD with a label and a courier will collect your rental. Please ensure the equipment is packaged safely in the carrier it came in - matching the way it was sent out. Use cable ties/locks provided to secure cases shut where needed.

Your rental package must be ready for collection at 9am on the final day of the rental period. The return address must match the delivery address. If this needs to change, contact us at least 24 hours before collection. The courier will contact you when they arrive to collect the parcel. Late return of equipment will be subject to a fee. Customers are responsible for removing all information from controllers, memory cards / internal storage and logs prior to returning equipment to heliguy™.

Streamlined Rental For Returning Customers

If you have previously rented from us and your details are the same, you do not need to resubmit your proof of identification/shipping address. Should we need to verify some details, we'll be in touch.
